Badminton has always been a passion of mine. Although my training was interrupted at age 11 due to COVID-19, I resumed at 13 and earned a spot on my high school’s Varsity team. I later placed second in BVALs and qualified for CCS.
I joined my high school’s VEX robotics club in freshman year as part of team 6374X. I later became captain and helped lead the team to higher levels of competition.
I was formerly part of Troop 466 in Boy Scouts, where the many camping trips created unforgettable memories.
I have strong leadership experience, serving as captain of 6374X Bionic Bruins and president of my high school’s robotics club. I’ve also been a patrol leader in Troop 466 and have coached teammates on the school’s badminton team.
Communication has been a key part of my growth. Inspired by Vinh Giang, I’m actively developing my communication skills to enhance my leadership and overall effectiveness.
My coding journey began in middle school with Java on Codecademy, but my passion grew through robotics, hackathons, and high school courses.
